These Terms govern your use of Mitra AI, a WhatsApp spoken English practice service operated by VoiceEval Technologies Private Limited.
Service
Mitra AI helps learners practise spoken English by sending WhatsApp voice notes and receiving simple feedback for daily life, office conversations, interviews, calls, and confidence.
Use of WhatsApp
The Service is delivered through WhatsApp. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp and Meta policies. You are responsible for the messages and voice notes you send to Mitra AI.
Learning feedback
Feedback from Mitra AI is intended for learning and practice. It is not a guarantee of interview success, job placement, exam score, or any other specific result.
Your recordings
You keep ownership of the voice notes you send. By using the Service you grant VoiceEval Technologies Private Limited a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to store, process, transcribe, and analyse those recordings in order to run the Service, and to use and licence them — together with their transcripts and the assessments generated from them — for developing, training, and evaluating speech and language technology.
Please only send recordings you are comfortable sharing on this basis, and do not include information you would not want processed in this way, such as passwords, bank details, or another person’s private information.
You can withdraw this licence for future data-licensing purposes at any time by replying “no data” on WhatsApp or writing to hello@voiceeval.com. Doing so does not affect your access to the Service. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Payments
Paid plans, if offered, are billed at the price shown to you before payment. Any refund or cancellation terms will be shared at the point of purchase or by customer support on WhatsApp.
